I found this guy in my search.  His name is Perry.  I didn’t know before I decided but he is a pastor in Calafornia.  He and his wife do this business to help take the pressure off the Church.  Pretty cool.  From their website they enjoy the outdoors and a simple life. They handmake to order all kinds of slingshots and bows.  they look beautiful and well made.  I even enjoyed the idea that I would have to wait a few weeks to get my order.  This felt right to me.  It is more natural than the others but it is also more than something I might throw together in my garage.  In my head anyway, it seemed more simple and beautiful than others I have seen, along with forty years of experience behind the design.  Knowing me I will end up making a couple in case someone else wants to go along on an adventure.  The websight www.aplusslingshots.com has descriptions and videos of their products.  Drop by and tell them hello.  And if you have any interest support them by purchasing some of their products.

I found this reel but it will not mount on the slingbow I am getting.  So I get to figure out something after all.  I was at Home Depot yesterday and think I found a solution.  I can use a large steel T-brace drill it and cut it to fit and the mount will work fine.  Can’t wait to play!  Be Groovy. 🙂
