A friend suggested this and it was worth the 20 minutes. I was struck by the similarities to my own process. I’ve just gone about it in another way. She is a researcher of Shame and Intimacy. She spent years knowing “about” the process as a way to objectify and control her own insecurities but finally discovered the key. She is funny and smart.

Love her!!! I discovered her a few months ago and have since shared this same piece several times. I’ll watch it again as the message is with hearing over and over again.
A friend of mine sent me the link. She made me laugh and think more clearly about some stuff.
Oh! She speaks of Nargles! I must meditate on this!!!
Thank you for bringing this to us!!!
Nargles?
I just ran across your post brother on calensariel, it really left me speechless and I agree something simple to do but definitely not easy. Thanks for sharing this one.
Good to hear from you!
It’s been a while my friend just trying to get my groove back
It is good to see you brother.
Her vulnerability is endearing and heart touching. Loved this. Thank you for sharing it.
I enjoyed her. She gave me some new hooks to hank my thoughts on. I am glad you were here
OMG! She’s a female you! This was a wonderful talk. I’ll reblog it. And I will respond privately. Thank you for posting it, Zen Master…<3
The thing is that its so simple. Its not easy just simple. It is nothing new or earth shattering. That’s what ought to be taught in sunday schools. Well they do teach “about” it.
But not in a way anyone can apply it to their own lives. It seems more like a fairy tale or a legend the way it is portrayed. The humanity is left out somehow.
That’s a good description. It has to be connected to our stories, our selves. And the only way to do that is to be vulnerable.
love this one ! helps a lot
That makes me happy. 🙂 I’m glad you stopped by.
